Talent Programs: The “Futian Talent Gathering” program provides up to RMB 500,000 in support for overseas talents starting businesses.
Tax Incentives:
General: Overseas talents can receive personal income tax subsidies based on the Mainland-Hong Kong tax differential.
Hong Kong Residents in Hetao: For those working in the Shenzhen Park of the Hetao Shenzhen-Hong Kong Science and Technology Innovation Cooperation Zone, the portion of personal income tax exceeding the Hong Kong rate is exempted.
