We organize and support your participation in major trade fairs and exhibitions across Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Hongkong (e.g., Canton Fair, Shenzhen International AI Exhibition, Shenzhen International Drone Exhibition, Hongkong International Electronics Fair etc.). From visiting exhibitions, booth selection, logistics, to on-site support, we ensure maximum exposure and business matchmaking.

• Shipping & customs clearance of samples/displays

Fee Structure (€):

• Initial  Support (registration as professional visitor, one day interpreter & transportation): €500

• Basic Support​ (registration as exhibitor, booth reservation, basic logistics): €800(booth rental excluded)

• Full Service​ (booth design, build, shipping, on-site team): €3,000 - €6,000+ (depends on stand size and city, booth rental excluded)

• Premium Concierge​ (full above +post-event follow-up & lead management): €5,000+(depends on stand size and city, booth rental excluded)
